Photo Project “52 Bolivian Sundays” [week 41, ‘Infinite’]

“Infinity can produce contrasting effects on (and in) us: it might make us feel dwarfed or amplified, afraid or empowered.” [The Daily Post]

My offer for this week’s photo challenge [Week 41… 11 more to go!], sharing bits and pieces of the Bolivian culture, through the 52 Bolivian Sundays Photo Project. today, an interpretation of ‘infinite’, as we look down into the Road of Death in Coroico [Yungas Region].

♥ Enjoy as you please, and thanks for stopping by! ♥

    1. Thank you so very much… completely agree with the motivation part… and yet, quite a scary scenario! Challenging… fearful… and endless! Thank you again for taking the time to come over and share your comments – much appreciated! 😮

    1. Very narrow roads, indeed! And, as people here [in Bolivia] tell me, it used to be ‘way more dangerous before’ the ‘real roads’ were finally built! {??} Tourists come from all over to have a chance to do mountain biking along this Yungas region… We’ve gone to Coroico, just outside La Paz, some 2 hours by car… these photos were taking [from the top] looking down into the ‘roads’… No joke when they gave the name of ‘the world’s most dangerous road’… 😮 thank you for stopping by, and it’s always a pleasure to link to other posts!

        1. Feel free to browse around here… got several pictures from our car ride to the Yungas, early this year, and from a group of expats/friends/embassy folks during the bike ride, followed by zip-lining experience… 😮 That’s what many of us live for!

    1. Imagine that soon after that car ride, husband joined a group to bike thru the world’s most dangerous road… I decided to stay home, with our 3 kids… only one parent at a time, we said… 😮 Thanks for stopping by and commenting!

    1. driving… my husband is the best! and we had the 3 kiddos with us… it does look like we’re heading to heaven… but if one falls… boy! an endless fall…. to somewhere completely opposite to heaven! 😮
