It will be here soon enough, but it is fun to watch the anxiety and pure joy through children’s eyes. My granddaughters are counting the days, and so am I since I get to spend it with them!

Thank you, Marcia! Congratulations on spending Christmas with your grandchildren!!! I’m sure you’re thrilled! Because of the type of life we have, we’re always ‘stealing’ the kids from their grandparents… unfortunately… some years, we’ll be with the Brazilian family, others, with the US fam… This year, since we’re in Bolivia, no grandparent is here…. :o( That said, enjoy your grandkids! Funny… it’s amazing to watch how excited kids get around Christmas time… it goes beyond the whole ‘gift-giving-receiving’ scenario… it’s the whole experience… it’s wonderful to witness their joy around this time of the year… Thanks for sharing your thoughts… have a great week! 😮
