Weekly Photo Challenge: Delicate.

Somebody once told me: “your first child is made of glass… the second one, made of plastic, and the third child, will come made out of rubber… unbreakable…” Really? She still looks and seems very fragile… very delicate… Here, dressed as a flower, for her second birthday.

Somebody once told me: “your first child is made of glass… the second one, made of plastic, and the third child, will come made out of rubber… unbreakable…” Really? She still looks and seems very fragile… very delicate… a perfect fit for week’s photo inspiration. She’s my most true interpretation of the theme…

Here, dressed as a flower, for her second birthday.

  1. I couldn’t agree more! Each and everyone of my three daughters were special and unique, although I do have to admit that I wasn’t as fussy by the time the third one rolled around – maybe that is why she is now fearless! Enjoy every minute, because they go by fast; my third baby will turn 28 this coming January!
Thanks for stopping by my blog as well! 🙂

    1. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences, Darla! Much appreciated… everyone keeps telling me it goes by fast, and I’m witnessing that happen… Can’t imagine life without my three little ones… It’s precious! Take care, and thanks again for stopping by, Raquel.

    1. I absolutely don’t, Kemi! I’m glad this post inspired someone else.. As I’d stated earlier, to another reader, my children are the best of me… they’re strong, and fragile… they’re sweet and bitter… they’re me… with all the flaws and the good traces… I’m glad to provide inspiration to others, the same way my children inspire me… they’re the reason I blog, and the reason I smile…. 😮

        1. Thank you… especially in times like these… so much craziness… sometimes I wonder how we [parents, caretakers] are gonna be bringing these kids up… but thanks for the thoughts, anyway… my children are the best part of me… can’t imagine life without… thanks for taking the time to come back and share your thoughts… 😮

    1. She’s two… and a few days… We had a playdate for her 2nd birthday, girls dressed up, and she grabbed her sister’s top and skirt… I thought she looked like a little yellow/purple flower… very delicate, right? Thank you very much for stopping by, Ruth!
