Our surprise, despite the very discreet and shy ambiance, the owner/chef himself greets every guest, offering a customized service, teaching us about the origin of each dish, and the best way to prepare and serve…
Again, not betraying our favorite Sushi & Sashimi Tuesday evening place, not at all! I’ve mentioned it before here, and one of their specialties, but, this time, wanted to share a few images from a different experience.

Great photo – really like lighting on the sushi plate! I try to eat sushi at least once a week, it’s delicious and healthy – tough to beat!
