Definitely, not betraying our favorite Sushi & Sashimi Tuesday evening place, not at all! I’ve mentioned it before here, and one of their specialties, but, this time, wanted to share a few images from a different experience: authentic sashimi (while marlin), prepared at a friend’s boat (one of the local yacht clubs) – our deepest appreciation to Mr Jeremere!

Knifework is supremely important in the preparation of sashimi. The most important thing is that you liked the slices of raw fish at the moment you were eating them. I am merely basing my opinion on what I see in the photo…
Thanks for introducing me to your blog…I really like your posts on various subjects and your photos are great!!

What an exquisite way of eating sashimi. The sea breeze must have heightened the experience.

It was completely amazing… great conversation… we learnt a lot about the Pernambuco (NE Brazil) sea coast, heard stories about sailing from Recife to Fernando de Noronha Archipelago… simply lovely! Thanks for stopping by!
